
Ingredients (for 25 blintzes):
2 cups flour.
2 cups milk.
1 cup water.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons oil.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 jar Blueberry 100% Fruit No Cane Sugar of Natural Products Beit Yitzhak.
Preparation Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a tall mixing bowl and mix well. After mixing, let rest for 10 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan on low heat. Use a ladle to pour a small amount of batter into the pan and spread evenly. When the edges begin to brown, turn the blintz over for several seconds. It is recommended to spread a fruit spread or confiture (any flavor you like) and then roll the blintz and serve.
